Rates and Insurance

RATES ARE DETERMINED PER THERAPIST

Currently D’Ivad Zzen Therapy Boutique is an out-of-network provider.

Our standard rates for therapy ranges from $150-$200 per session. Payment is due at the time of service, in the form debit/credit card through our online portal. Payment may also be made by HSA accounts.

If you have an insurance plan that includes out-of-network benefits, you may be able to use it for our services. While we will collect fees directly from you, you are able to submit the superbill statements to your insurance company for reimbursement. D’Ivad Zzen Therapy Boutique does not guarantee insurance reimbursement and encourages clients to contact their insurance company directly to discuss insurance reimbursements.

Please cancel 24 hours before your appointment. Otherwise, you will be charged the late cancellation fee.
